Birthday Parties*Weekday $25 per hour
Weekend $37.50 per hour
*For the birthday party rate, reservations cannot be made more than 2 weeks in advance. Weekend birthday parties, including clean-up, must end by 5pm.

A refundable damage/cleaning deposit of $150 is required for first time users. Thereafter, the damage deposit may be waived at the discretion of the rental manager.

Current Goldstream Valley Lions Club Members receive a 25% discount on rental rates. 😊

  • Users must read and agree to the terms of use.
  • Access to the KKCC is by a key code which is provided after the User Agreement has been electronically signed and/or rental fees and deposit have been received by the GVLC.
  • Remember to reserve enough time for you to setup and cleanup.
  • Exceptions to this fee schedule must be submitted via email or in person at a general membership or Board of Directors meeting (both held monthly).
